PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – July 8, 2025 – PRLog — The Keen Insider has launched a Free Interactive 60-Day Medication Packing Checklist designed to help travelers safely fly with prescription medications, injectables, and refrigerated drugs. Created by health educator and travel researcher Kathy Keen, the tool walks users through exactly what TSA and international customs require—step by step.

The interactive tool allows travelers to enter key trip details, then provides a personalized compliance grade (A–F) along with customized packing tips. It covers common problem areas like doctor’s letters, medication labeling, cooling requirements, and international restrictions.

“This tool was built in response to hundreds of traveler questions I’ve received—especially from those with diabetes, arthritis, and other chronic conditions,” says Kathy Keen, Founder of The Keen Insider. “One missed rule can mean confiscated meds or missed flights. My goal is to make sure that doesn’t happen.”

The checklist includes the most current guidance from TSA.gov, CBP.gov, and health agencies around the world. Travelers can use it to prepare for domestic and international flights and avoid surprises at security.
